Walk for Jan Lokpal bill in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: Highlighting the need for enacting a strong Lokpal bill, a number of supporters of the cause organised a 'walk' here today.

The walk was organised at the Necklace Road around the Hussain Sagar lake here by Gandhi King Foundation.

"The objective of the event was to raise awareness on the need for making a strong Jan Lokpal bill," Gandhi King Foundation's Managing Trustee Prasad Gollanapalli said.

He appealed to the people to support the social activist Anna Hazare's campaign for an effective 'Jan Lokpal bill'.
