Volunteers getting notices from two police forces: CJP
Abhijeet Dipke has alleged that BJP is planning 'violence' during CJP protest in New Delhi on Oct 10.

"CJP volunteers from Chandrapur have been issued notices by the Chandrapur police saying that if they participate in the Jantar Mantar agitation, then action will be taken against them. Police is also trying to find out from them who is funding their trip and seeking details on it. They are being warned against putting any social media posts," Dipke said.

Dipke asked what the Chandrapur police had to do with the agitation in Jantar Mantar in New Delhi. "Who is the Chandrapur police to decide who should go and who should not go to the protest? How are they connected with what is happening in Jantar Mantar? Does Jantar Mantar come under Chandrapur jurisdiction?" he said.
Dipke said he was perturbed that the police had claimed in the notice that there could be violence at Jantar Mantar. "Police have also mentioned that the agitation is going to be violent. How do the police know so early that the agitation is going to be violent? Have they planned anything in advance or are they aware that BJP is going to send their goons to create violence,'' he asked.

"Similar notices have been issued to our volunteers in Rajasthan from the Rajasthan CID. We expect more such notices (from other states) because the government is scared. They have restricted all CJP-related content on Instagram in India."
