Vice President Hamid Ansari on three-day visit to Bengaluru

BENGALURU: Vice President Mohammad Hamid Ansari will be on a three-day visit to the city from January 5.

On the first day of his tour, Ansari will visit Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), attend the Silver Jubilee Celebrations of Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research and the Golden Jubilee Celebrations of the Daily Salar Urdu newspaper, an official release said today.

The next day Ansari will participate in the Golden Jubilee Celebrations of R V College of Engineering, the release said adding that he will also visit Azim Premji Foundation and Wipro the same day.

On January 7, he will visit Bharat Electronics Limited, before emplaning for New Delhi in the afternoon, the release said.
