Uttarakhand to form 5-member panel for better coordination with industries

The decision was taken after a delegation of the CII led by CII’ Northern Region chairman Sachit Jain met the Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat in Dehradun on Friday.

Uttarakhand government has decided to constitute a 5-member committee to ensure its better coordination with the industry sector. The committee, which would be headed by chief secretary, will have representatives from industry sector also.

The decision was taken after a delegation of the CII led by CII’ Northern Region chairman Sachit Jain met the Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat in Dehradun on Friday.

The representatives of CII invited Uttarakhand to participate in the Investor Summit which would be organized by CII in Singapore on August 20 and 21. Uttarakhand will participate in the Agro Tech Conference organized by CII in Chandigrah in December.
