Uttar Pradesh BJP to organise Jan Swabhiman Abhiyaan
In the backdrop of the JNU row, Uttar Pradesh BJP said it would organise a three-day 'Jan Swabhiman Abhiyaan' for the unity and integrity of the country.

"The party has decided to organise 'Jan Swabhiman Abhiyaan' from tomorrow which will take place up to mandal level for the unity and integrity of the country," BJP spokesperson Vijay Bahadur Pathak said.
"Some political forces are raising separatist voices in the name of freedom of speech in prestigious institutions like Jawaharlal Nehru University," he alleged, adding rule of law is being disrupted repeatedly.
The "desperation" of Congress and left parties is so high that they were out to "glorify even terror-supported agitations". This is indicative of their political bankruptcy, Pathak claimed.
People of the country have understood this conspiracy, the BJP spokesperson said.
During the three-day 'Jan Swabhiman Abhiyaan', members of the women wing of the party would organise a programme for ' Sadbuddhi' (good sense) to Congressmen, he said.
The party's Scheduled Caste Morcha would organise 'Save the Constitution' programme in front of the statue of B R Ambedkar and Kisan Morcha would hold 'jan swabhimaan chaupals', Pathak said.
Yuva Morcha would organise poster, banner and signature campaign and ex-servicemen would take oath of unity and integrity of the country, while intellectuals would organise public awareness seminars and other programmes, he said.
Street plays and other programmes would also be organised, Pathak added.
