USIBC gets new India head to push bilateral trade ties
Ambika Sharma will be responsible for overseeing and guiding USIBC’s growth strategy in India through its offices in New Delhi and Mumbai.

Sharma brings over three decades of experience in catalyzing business engagement and public policy advocacy. Most recently, Sharma served as Director General for International at the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). She was responsible for developing international strategy, diversifying FICCI’s global profile, and leading the industry association’s global strategy. As Director General of FICCI, Sharma is the highest ranked female executive of an Indian industry body.
