US announces additional aid for flood-hit Bihar
The United States on Wednesday announced an additional aid of Rs 11.5 crore for the flood-hit victims of Bihar.

NEW DELHI: The United States on Wednesday announced an additional aid of Rs 11.5 crore for the flood-hit victims of Bihar.
US ambassador to India David C Mulford said Washington would contribute an additional $2.5 million (Rs 11.5 crore) to help Bihar deal with the situation.
US has already donated Rs 46 lakh for the relief and rehabilitation work in the state.
"We will support India's efforts to assist the people of Bihar," Mulford said in a statement.
