LUCKNOW: The winter session of the Uttar Pradesh assembly would start from November 14, an official spokesman said here today.
Governor has summoned the UP Vidhan Sabha on November 14, special secretary Vidhan Sabha Ram Bihari Mishra said in a statement.
He said that this would be third session of the house this year.
