UP Assembly Election 2012: Cases registered against Louis Khurshid, 3 others

FARUKHABAD: Separate cases have been registered against Union Minister Salman Khurshid's wife and Congress candidate Louis Khurshid, BJP candidate Sunil Dutt Dwivedi and two others for allegedly violating the model code of conduct.

Louis, who is contesting polls from Sadar seat here, has been charged with violating the model code of conduct for not taking prior permission to conduct road shows of Bollywood actors Sanjay Dutt and Raj Babbar.

Similar cases have been filed against BJP candidate Dwivedi, Jankranti Party candidate Mohan Agarwal and Independent Anupam Dubey at city police station for allegedly violating the conduct during campaigning.
