All Class A & B government staff have to come to office. Of Class C & D employees, 50 per cent are required to attend.
Private company offices can now work at 30 per cent strength, a big jump from the earlier cap of 10 per cent.
Hotels and other such lodging businesses in the state will be permitted to restart operations at full strength. Under Unlock 3.0, they had been allowed to operate at one-third capacity.
Places of worship and gymnasiums have not yet been permitted to resume operation but could open soon, a notification said.
What all are still shut
Education institutions will continue to remain closed. So will cinemas, bars and swimming polls, at least till the end of September.
Metro services won't be allowed to resume yet, although the Central government has green-lighted resumption of metro trains beginning September 7. The notification says metro services may not be allowed to resume for another month.
