Unlike Manmohan Singh and Rahul Gandhi, Narendra Modi willing and able to be PM: BJP
"The scenario is that there is an accidental PM while the current leader of Congress is reluctant," said Ravi Shankar Prasad.

"The three-fold scenario is that a former PM aide's book reveals an accidental PM," said Prasad referring to Sanjaya Baru's book on Manmohan Singh.
"The scenario is that there is an accidental PM while the current leader of Congress is reluctant. In contrast, if the people bless him, Narendra Modi is both willing and able," said Prasad.
He slammed Rahul's recent TV interview as being mediocre. "If the first TV interview was of kindergarten standard, we thought the second might at least be of primary levels," Prasad said.
"But this was not to be as Rahul Gandhi's latest interview is not even nursery level. It reveals nothing new on his plans and vision," said Prasad.
"Baru's book reveals that the Congress leadership undercut the PM's authority. A party that disempowered the PM's office cannot claim to give rights to the common people," he said.
Prasad also referred to the killings of security personnel and civilians in Chhattisgarh and demanded higher deployment of forces. He also said intellectuals on the NAC and consultants in the Planning Commission were conspicuous by their silence on the killings.
