University officials examined by CBI for offering bribe to Central Council of Homeopathy
All homeopathy colleges in the country are established following a regulatory approval from the CCH, which has an office in Delhi.

The agency said N S Ramani, registrar and Denish K Patel, executive vice president of R K University in Rajkot were examined along with Rahul Srivastava, an office bearer of Anushree Homeopathic in Jabalpur. The three along with one another conduit Bhagwan ji played key role in arranging bribe money.
All homeopathy colleges in the country are established following a regulatory approval from the CCH, which has an office in Delhi’s Janakpuri. An inspection team is sent to the applicant college and its report is then deliberated upon by the executive council and general body of the CCH, following which approval is granted to the college.
The CBI said the modus operandi was to involve a hawala dealer for payment of bribe money once a favourable inspection report has been given. CBI also conducted searches at Delhi, Rohtak, Gurgaon, Rajkot, Gandhinagar, Jabalpur and Kolkata after arresting Dr Singh.
CBI also claimed to have seized payment slips from a hawala dealer in Chandni Chowk area of Delhi to substantiate its charges.
