Union Ministers to meet partymen to hear grievances
NEW DELHI: As part of efforts to improve coordination between the party and the government, Union Ministers Piyush Goyal, V K Singh, Kiran Rijiju and Sadanda Gowda will meet partymen and hear their grievances and suggestions at the BJP headquarters next week.

While Minister of State for Coal, Power and New and Renewable Energy Goyal will be available at the BJP headquarters at Ashok Road on August 25, Minister of State for North Eastern Affairs, External Affairs and Indian Overseas Affairs V K Singh will sit at the party headquarters between 4 PM and 6 PM on August 26.

Minister of State for Home Rijiju and Union Railway Minister Gowda will be available to partymen on August 26.

As part of the decision, one Minister will be available everyday at the party headquarters and each minister has to visit the party office once a month to ensure better governance.

The move under the "Sahyog" initiative, was proposed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his meeting with party leaders here on July 2.

It is aimed at not only ensuring better government-party coordination but also getting feedback from partymen visiting the party office from all over the country.
