PATNA: “If anything, the Union budget will only encourage regional imbalance although the finance minister had so much to speak about inclusive growth. The FM kept in mind the interest of the poll-bound states, ignoring Bihar, which had been pressing for special category status and continuation of the backward region grant fund."

"The budget also did not spell out any concrete action plan on black money or any effective measure which would help in reining corruption. I am thoroughly disappointed with the budget” chief minister Nitish Kumar said in his reaction on the budget”
