Unholy war within AAP has created glee in Congress
NEW DELHI: The unholy war within AAP has created glee in the Congress camp this Holi. The Grand Old Party, whose entrenched base in Delhi was gobbled up by Kejriwal’s party, said on Thursday that the internecine and messy power-struggle involving Kejriwal and Shanti Bushan/Yogendra Yadav camps have exposed the ‘hollow claims’ of AAP being a party with different political and cultural moorings.

Ajay Maken, the newly-appointed Delhi Congress president with the tough task of trying to retrieve his party’s base from AAP’s clutches, said, “I am more concerned for the people of Delhi. They voted AAP to power thinking Arvind Kejriwal and his party would work to deliver on the promises. Instead, the kind of things happening in the AAP leadership, I am afraid, makes it clear that AAP is failing the people’s aspirations at a time Delhi is crying for attention of administrative matters.” He also targeted the Bhushan-Yadav duo.
