PANAJI: Bharatiya Janashakti Party chief Uma Bharati ruled out any possibility of joining Bharatiya Janata party even as she termed Congress-led government at the Centre as "failure".

Bharati, who was in Goa on a transit visit before leaving for Karnataka yesterday, said that the Prime Minister did not take the people of India into confidence over the Indo-US civil nuclear deal issue.

When asked why the UPA government was a failure, she said that the all documents related to N-deal should have been tabled in Parliament.

"People and media should have been taken into confidence. But this government has not done so," she said.

The Bharatiya Janashakti Party leader said that the UPA government has cheated the people on many fronts. She also said that her party will contest elections in Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat and Rajasthan.
