Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray on Thursday served an ultimatum to the Centre stating that it should either remove Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari from the state or be prepared to face an agitation. Calling Koshyari an 'Amazon parcel', the Sena president said the parcel should be taken back.

"I request the central government to take back the 'Amazon parcel' which they have sent in the form of the governor," he said.

"We will wait for two to five days. We will speak with like-minded people. We are even inviting those from the BJP who are proud of Chhatrapati Shivaji so that we could jointly agitate or go for a Maharashtra bandh. All the parties should come together so that the Centre should realise that we cannot be taken for granted," Uddhav Thackeray said on Thursday.
