During a meeting of NDA chief ministers on Sunday, several state governments made a presentation on one of their best practices which could be emulated by other states.

Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Dhami talked about the recently-implemented Uniform Civil Code (UCC) in the state and argued that it has not been as difficult as it seemed to be in the beginning.

Project Alankar of the UP government also received wide appreciation. Project Alankar was started in 2021 with the aim of improving government school infrastructure. A list of 35 infrastructure facilities were prepared and the project aimed at achieving 100% compliance with the listed facilities across all government schools. During the presentation, UP CM Yogi Adityanath said the project increased school enrolments by 23% in the first year itself.


Bihar deputy CM Samrat Choudhary made a presentation on 'Jal Jeevan Hariyali', a mission launched to increase the ground water level and forestation in the state.

Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma made a presentation on his special drive to prevent child marriages in the state.
