UAE Consulate to hold investor meets in Kochi and Hyderabad

KOCHI: Consulate of the UAE, in association with Dubai FDI and Musthafa & Alamana, will hold a day-long investors meet titled Destination Dubai in Hyderabad and Kochi next week.

Musthafa Safeer, partner, Musthafa & Alamana, which has been a global strategic partner and adviser to Dubai FDI, said Dubai has already been a springboard for both large and medium enterprises from various parts of the world in general and India in particular for their global scaling and growth plans.

Dubai Investment Development Agency (Dubai FDI) is an agency of the government of Dubai to develop promote and support foreign direct investment opportunities to facilitate investors' success, growth and expansion in Dubai, the UAE and across regional and international markets. .


Musthafa added that the meet is to be held in the backdrop of Expo 2020 Dubai, which will be held between October 2020 and April 2021, bringing together more than 180 participating nations and 25 millions visitors from across the world. The expo is expected to generate more than 2.77 lakh jobs.

The meet in Kochi to be held on April 21 will be inaugurated by Jamal Hussain Al Zaa'bi, consul general of UAE and head of the mission to South India.
