Significantly, this is the second such incident in one month in Birbhum. On January 22, two TMC men were killed after a powerful blast took place at another TMC leaders’ house. The intensity of the blast was so high that the house collapsed. Later, in the course of investigation, police found a huge quantity of explosives stocked in the house.
