Former Punjab PCC chief Sunil Jakhar
As Sonia Gandhi tries to demonstrate that she was 'reaching out' to engage change-seekers in dialogue on their grievances about the state of the Congress, she got a public message of caution against it from a party leader.

Former Punjab PCC chief Sunil Jakhar tweeted: "Indulging dissenters too much will not only undermine the authority but also encourage more dissent while discouraging the cadre at the same time." He mentioned no names, but Congress circles didn't miss the intended address of his post or the gallery he was trying to please. He attached the copy of a newspaper clipping on Sonia Gandhi meeting some change-seekers on Tuesday. One of the Congress change-seekers, however, quipped: "He seems to be having fun playing the double role of spoiler-cum-loyalist. During the Punjab elections, he queered the pitch for the leadership with daily public swipes and got away with it. After Punjab Congress bombed, he is back playing the concerned loyalist before the same leadership. Lage Raho Munna Bhai."
