Throwing muck will boomerang on Congress: Narendra Modi
BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi today warned Congress leaders against "throwing muck" at him saying it will boomerang on the party.

Modi was apparently referring to the recent attacks by the Congress on him on the issue of his declaring his marital status while filing his nomination in Vadodara.
Though BJP leaders have hit back at the Congress, this is the first occasion that Modi himself has chosen to refer to the issue, though not directly. Rahul Gandhi has also attacked Modi on his links with industrialist Gautam Adani and alleged favours shown to him by his government. Modi said Congress was "shivering" at the prospect of his coming to power and warned its leaders that they will have to pay for their "misdeeds" after May 16.
The BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate said it was common for different parties to make alliance to unseat the ruling party but parties were now coming together to stop him from coming to power. "Do you know why? Congress is shivering. They know where they will have to go after May 16 (the day of counting of votes). They have looted a lot. They will have to account for it," he said at a public rally in the Rajasthan district.
