One shooter, identified as Raja, was arrested by a team of Patna police from his relative's place in Hyderabad, Senior Superintendent of Police Vikash Vaibhav said today.

The two had left for Mumbai after committing the murder on August 7. After succumbing to intense police pressure, they surrendered in the court of Sub Judge Rishikant Sinha here today, Vaibhav said.
