LUCKNOW: Mulayam Singh Yadav today said the Left parties, driving the Third Front, are on a sticky wicket in their home ground West Bengal and that the election math would now be decided by the newly forged Fourth Front.

"The Third Front is a non-entity... its other partners are also not very sure of their positions and place in it," Yadav, whose Samajwadi Party has joined hands with Lalu Prasad's RJD and Ramvilas Paswan's LJP to form what these leaders the Fourth Front, said.

Formation of a new government at the Centre would not be possible without the active support of the Fourth Front nor would the next Prime Minister be decided without its backing, said the Samajwadi Party President, who had earlier accused the Congress of slighting him.

Seat-sharing talks between the SP and Congress had broken down and Yadav has blamed the "junior leadership" of the Congress for this.

In 2004, Samajwadi Party won 36 Lok Sabha seats, RJD 24 and LJP 4, accounting for seven per cent of all seats polled.

On BJP prime ministerial-hopeful L K Advani's demand for bringing back black money stashed in Swiss banks, Yadav said that this was in the interest of the nation and would help the country tide over the economic crisis and ensure development.
