Third Eye: Priorities set, yellow cycle catches attention, and Bihar MPs in for a surprise!

Priorities set, introductions done: All eyes were on Wayanad MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on her first working day in Parliament on Friday. As soon as she entered the House, Opposition women MPs took her around to introduce her to everyone. Priyanka was seen hugging Thoothukuddi MP Kanimozhi warmly. NCP-SP MP Supriya Sule introduced other members to Priyanka, who was visibly happy to go around the seats. Later, her brother Rahul took Priyanka to the MP canteen where they were seen seated with Congress MPs around a long table having snacks and tea.

Yellow Cycle Catches Attention
TDP MP Appala Naidu Kalisetti drew special attention in the first week of winter session of the Parliament. Kalisetti has been coming to Parliament riding his yellow cycle bearing his nameplate and parking it next to Makar Dwar. After finishing his day's work in Parliament, he happily poses for the media persons with cameras who are usually waiting for him. On one such day, Kalisetti even took a small ride on his cycle for a video shoot. After finishing, he casually gets back on his cycle and heads to his residence.

Bihar MPs in for a Surprise!

On the Constitution Day, PM Modi released the copies of the Constitution in Maithili language. On Wednesday, three Bihar MPs from Mithila region - Samastipur MP Shambhavi Choudhary, Darbhanga MP Gopalji Thakur and Madhubani MP Ashok Yadav - decided to go to the PM office in Parliament and see if they could meet PM Modi to thank him for honouring the language. To their surprise, they got a call within five minutes to meet the PM. Choudhary conveyed to the PM that the Constitution in Maithili is being widely appreciated in the Mithila region of Bihar.
