Poster war: With Delhi's election campaign heating up, ruling AAP and BJP are engaged in a poster war on their X handle. BJP has shared several posters with pictures of Arvind Kejriwal and dubbed him as Raja Babu, attacking him for the renovation of the CM's residence. Sharing posters of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, AAP has raised questions about the PM's residence and alleged that it has been built at ₹2,700 crore.

Back to his normal self

During the recent assembly poll, Ajit Pawar’s team hired a political strategist and one of the changes suggested was to talk politely and smile more. However, it appears that Pawar has gone back to his normal self after the results. Recently, at a party meeting in Baramati when members kept requesting for several projects, he lost his cool and blurted out from stage, “You voted for me, but that doesn’t mean you own me… Neither have you become my master nor have I become your contractual labourer.”

Mobile theft racket involving minors

Delhi Police has busted a mobile theft racket, where the alleged mastermind in Jharkhand lured juveniles from the state and sent them to the national capital to steal high-end mobile phones from people in busy markets, an official said on Wednesday. These minors, lured with apayment of `3,000 per theft, travelled ticketless by train to Delhi and targeted busy marketplaces, the official said. After completing their “task”, they handed over the stolen devices to their handler, known as Shiva, and returned to Jharkhand with minimal traceable connections, police added.
