Don't over-emphasise on attendance in unscheduled seminars at Vigyan Bhawan and let there not be too much focus on disposal of file-work — this was the feedback given by DoPT to the Cabinet Secretary, before the 170-odd IAS officers of the 2014 batch begin their three-month special stint as 'assistant secretaries' with the Centre from August 1.
