Third eye: MPs from Pauri Garhwal area, and political taunts know no bounds

In the 18th Lok Sabha besides BJP MP Anil Baluni from Pauri Garhwal, there are five other MPs hailing from the Garhwal region but representing different Lok Sabha constituencies from different political parties. These five MPs are: Samajwadi Party's Dimple Yadav, Congress MP Satpal Brahamchari, BJP MPs BJP's Sakshi Maharaj, Trivendra Singh Rawat and Mala Rajya Laxmi.

Political taunts know no bounds

Since his party and the BJP parted ways, Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray has been trying to body shame BJP leader and deputy chief minister Devendra Fadnavis by calling him a "watermelon". But his partymen took it to another level during a two-day conclave in Pune where they kept a watermelon on the stage before Uddhav Thackeray's speech.
