The UP Police has established 10 state-of-the-art digital lost-found centres across the Mahakumbh area for safety and convenience of devotees. These centres are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including waiting rooms and medical rooms. To ensure comfort, a separate refreshment area has been arranged for women and children. Additionally, all centres have been fitted with 55-inch LED screens connected to a public address system, which will display live updates regarding lost and found persons and items.

Living with crocodiles
The income-tax department has been conducting raids at the Sagar residence of former BJP MLA of Madhya Pradesh, Harvansh Singh Rathore. Apart from recovering gold and unaccounted cash, the sleuths were surprised to find four crocodiles in a pond at Rathore’s residence. Officials also found documents related to property and investments. The income-tax officials were still assessing property details.
