Third Eye: Good catch, on and off the field, land-mark survey, high hopes come tumbling down
Team India's Suryakumar Yadav amuses with a funny speech about his catch. Bihar CM urges completion of land survey by 2025 to prevent disputes.

Land-mark Survey: Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar is unhappy with his bureaucrats these days. While addressing a recent meeting of
land reforms department, he pleaded with the officers with folded hands to complete the land survey in the state by July 2025. He said if they
wanted he could even touch their feet. Kumar added that controversy over land ownership leads to fights and even murder and this needs to be
stopped with the land survey.
High Hopes Come Tumbling Down: Karnataka deputy chief minister DK Shivakumar has had an eye on the top post ever since he led Congress to victory in assembly polls last year. Forced to concede the post to his rival Siddaramaiah, he has been hoping the party would pay him back after the general elections. However, his camp is on shaky ground due to a subpar performance. With Siddaramaiah’s coterie pushing for additional deputy CMs and home minister G Parameshwara unsubtly hinting at achange in the state party leadership, the Karnataka Congress chief finds himself boxed in from all sides.
