Third Eye: Aam Aadmi Party's reach floors BJP

Resource-rich BJP has been floored to find out that in poll-bound Delhi, most of the major outdoor spots have been already taken up by AAP. "Whether it is inside the Metro or outside, on main roads or arterial roads, you only see AAP hoardings. The party must have spent Rs 100 crore on it. Where are they getting so much money from," said a sulking BJP leader.

Kalyan Dazzles in Parliament



With its MPs up in arms every single day, the winter session was a Trinamool show. Amid all the commotion, party's Kalyan Banerjee, known for his colourful language in the Lok Sabha, came out dazzling, literally. He wears many stone-studded, heavylooking, rings. On last count, he wears rings on four fingers of his right hand and two of his left hand!

Twitterati was stunned on Wednesday with DD News' twitter handle posting a photograph of BJP Parliamentary Board meeting with a caption meant for a picture from China on Santa Claus feeding monkeys. DD took out the tweet within minutes — not before it was retweeted many times over. Officials blamed the goof-up on a new team of pros hired for social media.

It Also Goes Back to Vedas


DRDO chief Avinash Chander dug deep into the Vedas while explaining the importance of intelligence-gathering. He said Puranas and the Rigveda and Atharvaveda talk of spies of Agni coming down from the sky with thousands of eyes. He was delivering the IB endowment lecture in the presence of NSA Ajit Doval and outgoing IB chief Syed Asif Ibrahim.
