Considering that Yogi Adityanath has got two deputy CMs, it would be interesting to see what portfolios Yogi keeps for himself and what his deputies will get.
Yogi Adityanath is now the 21st Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. He now has his task cut out. Here are five tasks that the new UP CM has to do (or should do) immediately.

1.Yogi Adityanath is currently the sitting Member of Parliament from Gorakhpur. He now has to vacate the seat to become a lawmaker in Uttar Pradesh.

2.As per the Constitution, the state government can have a ministry size not exceeding 15 per cent of the size of the assembly. This means that the Yogi Adityanath government can appoint 13 more ministers since 47 has already been appointed as ministers. This means that the Yogi has some elbow room to accommodate egos of some key people. But with 312 BJP MLAs in the new UP assembly and 13 more from allies, the Yogi has a lot to consider.

3.Also, he has to assign portfolios among his ministers. It would be interesting to see what the Yogi keeps for himself and what his deputies will get.

4.Just earlier today Murli Manohar Joshi of BJP told media that the minorities need not to worry. But considering the hardliner image of Yogi Adityanath and his past comments, concerns are bound to be there. So everyone will be waiting eagerly for his moves as CM to calm the nerves of the minorities.

5. Vishva Hindu Parishad just came out with a statement that it is expecting a “Grand Ram Temple” soon. With BJP now at the helm of affairs and that too with a leader who is known for his controversial statements, the Yogi may have to say something on the issue.
