Union Minister of Home Affairs lauded the Kadva Patidar community for playing a key role in developing Gujrat. He said that there is a need not to die, but to live for the country. He was inaugurating a hostel complex for students.

Union home minister Amit Shah on Sunday said there is a need not to die but live for the country as he lauded the Kadva Patidar community for their role in the development of Gujarat. He was speaking at an event after inaugurating a hostel complex for students in Ahmedabad. "You may be a good IAS, IPS, CA, doctor, good citizen or housewife, but you need to work for the country," he said.
