Thaw in tensions between Arvind Kejriwal & Anna Hazare
NEW DELHI: Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal along with a few senior colleagues of his party met Anna Hazare late Sunday night, signalling a thaw in tensions between the "guru" and his protégé. In the meeting that lasted almost an hour, Kejriwal invited Hazare to attend the Delhi assembly session beginning Thursday and witness the debate on the Delhi Lokpal and Swaraj Bills. Although, Hazare did not commit his attendance, sources close to the Gandhian described the meeting as “fruitful” and “positive”.

This was the second meeting between Kejriwal and Hazare over the last two days and has come amid speculations that the two are close to patching up their differences. The Aam Aadmi Party has extended its support to Hazare’s 17-point agenda that includes village centric social and economic initiatives, which is a pre-condition to seek his support ahead of Lok Sabha elections.
