Telugu Desam Party weighs its options to move Supreme Court to challenge Jagan Mohan Reddy’s bail
TDP was considering various legal options, including moving SC, to challenge bail given to Jagan Mohan in a disproportionate assets case.

At a press conference, TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu accused the Congress government of colluding with the YSR Congress to arrange the bail. Reddy was given bail last Monday after being in jail for 16 months. He has been accused of amassing wealth in exchange of favours during the rule of his father, the late chief minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy.
"We are exploring all the legal options including moving the Supreme Court," Naidu said. The TDP in its petitions would "question inaction by the Enforcement Directorate and all the omissions by the CBI." The TDP president alleged that the Congress government at the Centre made the CBI dilute its probe again Reddy.
"Cases pertaining to money laundering, where letters of rogatory were also sent to several countries, are now being diluted. But we are confident that the corruption will be established someday and the culprits will definitely be punished." Naidu accused Jagan of entering into a compromise with Congress to avoid getting disqualified from contesting the elections.
"The Congress government has transferred some of the key CBI officials who supervised the case till recently to dilute the case."
