Tamil Nadu Chief Minister to attend National Development Council meeting on Thursday

CHENNAI: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa will attend the National Development Council (NDC) meeting at New Delhi on Thursday to approve the 12th Plan.
A state government release said the Chief Minister will participate in the meeting of NDC, chaired by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
A day prior to her visit to New Delhi, Jayalalithaa will visit Gujarat to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Narendra Modi as Chief Minister on December 26.
