SRINAGAR: Hawkish separatist Syed Ali Geelani’s statement that NaMo sent his emissaries to discuss the Kashmir issue has triggered a row within Kashmir’s freedom seekers.

While peacenik cleric Mirwaiz Umer Farooq accused him of creating a vicious environment, chief minister Omar Abdullah wants the ailing hawk to identify the emissaries.

“Who the hell is Geelani to accuse people of sellout,” said an angry Mirwaiz Umer Farooq. “We have nourished this movement with blood.” Mirwaiz said he lost his father and uncle, his colleagues Bilal Lone lost his father and Abdul Gani Bhat his bother. Now, whom does Geelani want to get killed, he asked.
