Swachh Bharat: Cleanliness ensures beauty, progress of a place, says Shivraj Singh Chouhan
Highlighting need for cleanliness to ensure beauty and progress of a place, MP CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan launched the "Swachh Bharat" campaign.

"God resides only in those areas which are clean and cleanliness is essential for ensuring beauty, happiness and progress of an area," Chouhan said launching the drive at Chhola Dusshera Maidan, Navjeevan Colony, where widows of Bhopal gas tragedy victims were rehabilitated, and Shivnagar areas.
"By launching the Swachh Bharat campaign, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has shown the path of healthy and progressive India," Chouhan said.
"If we want to change India, we have to clean the country and Madhya Pradesh, and the initiative in this regard should begin from home only," he said.
He urged people to devote at least two hours in a week towards cleanliness and also administered an oath in this regard to the people, and government officials and employees.
Bhopal Mayor Krishna Gaur read out the message of the Prime Minister on the occasion.
