Manvendra, who is an MLA from Sheo constituency, said, "I will remain with BJP as Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself has asked me to wait and have patience."
"Recently, PM Modiji, who came to visit my ailing father in Delhi, advised me to be patient and wait till my suspension is revoked by the state BJP unit," he said.
Asked about his father's health, he said, "His condition is improving and he has started started reacting."
On his participation in party's affairs, Manvendra said he was not consulted for ongoing Panchayat elections, and he felt "neglected".
Meanwhile, BJP spokesman Kailash Bhatt told PTI that Manvendra's suspension was still prevailing as the party's disciplinary committee had not submitted its report.
