Sushma Swaraj: Terror mother of all disruptions

NEW DELHI: Foreign minister Sushma Swaraj has asserted that terrorism is the mother of all disruptions worldwide and cautioned that using terror as an instrument of state policy would be futile. “There was a time when it was seen as other people’s problem. It was also actively utilised as an instrument of statecraft. That time has long gone by,” Swaraj said in her plenary address at the Raisina Dialogue, in a clear warning to Pakistan’s use of terror as an instrument of state policy.
