Sushilkumar Shinde faces party MPs’ ire over Telangana
Seemandhra ministers and MPs decided to ask party high command on how such a statement could be made when Antony panel has not wrapped up.

Seemandhra ministers and MPs held a meeting in Parliament House on Tuesday and decided to ask party high command on how such a statement could be made when Antony panel has not wrapped up its proceedings. Speaking to ET, minister of state (finance) and Rajya Sabha MP J D Seelam said, “What we don’t understand is that on one hand Antony panel is hearing our grievances and suggestions and on the other home minister seems unfazed and making such statements. We want to know what has become of our representations to Antony committee? What do we go back and tell our electorate?” Seemandhra ministers and MPs met Antony panel on Tuesday evening and said that before the legislative process is kickstarted the party should send 10-15 independent observers to gauge the ground situation.
