Sushil Kumar Singla appointed Private Secretary to MoS Agriculture

NEW DELHI: Indian Forest Service officer Sushil Kumar Singla was today appointed as Private Secretary to Minister of State for Agriculture Sanjeev Kumar Balyan.

Singla, a 1994 batch IFS officer of Himachal Pradesh cadre, is presently working as Director in Department of Agriculture and Cooperation.

Singla will have tenure till January 11, 2019, till he completes a maximum period of seven years of stay outside the cadre in a single stint or on co-terminus basis with the minister's tenure, an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training said.
