Sushil Kumar Modi seeks definition of outsiders from Nitish Kumar
Slamming Kumar for bringing down the level of discourse, Sushil alleged the Chief Minister was trying to push Bihar back into the dark age.

Kumar has been needlessly raking up divisive issues like caste, forward vs backward and local vs outsiders to divert public attention from the development plank to attack the Prime Minister, Sushil said in a statement.
Demanding that the Chief Minister give a definition of outsider, he asked Kumar to explain whether JD(U) national president Sharad Yadav, general secretary K C Tyagi and Rajya Sabha MP Pawan Verma were locals or outsiders.
The former deputy chief minister asked, by harping on the outsider remark for the Prime Minister, was the Bihar Chief Minister not insulting his socialist peers like Madhu Limaye and George Fernandes who were elected to the Lok Sabha from Bihar?
Slamming Kumar for bringing down the level of discourse in the elections despite occupying a constitutional post, Sushil alleged the Chief Minister was trying to push Bihar back into the dark age of 1990s by accepting RJD supremo Lalu Prasad's leadership in the elections.
Stating that the people of Bihar aspired to live in a global village to seek education and employment, Modi exuded confidence that the electorate would reject the shallow casteist mindset of the secular alliance leader and usher in a change of guard by handing over power to the NDA at the hustings.
