Supriya Sule slams Devendra Fadnavis again, says latter gets angry afraid to face him

In remarks that are raising eyebrows, Nationalist Congress Party Leader Supriya Sule has slammed Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. Sule has likened him to women fighting for water at the community tap.

"He is not able to handle his Chief Minister's post, he is constantly fighting like those women who fight at the community taps. It is frightening to listen him speak. He keeps on screaming when he is making speeches, he has forgotten that is not in the opposition but he is the Chief Minister of the state."

Sule said that if she has a opportunity to meet Fadnavis then she would wear a helmet and go as she is afraid that Fadnavis would throw something on her face. The NCP MP was addressing women workers at Maval in Pune on Thursday evening.

Interestingly this is the second time Sule has attacked Fadnavis, on April 22, she had made similar remarks against Fadnavis saying that she has not seen any Chief Minister in Maharashtra who got as ‘irritated' as Fadnavis.

Sule's comments are being watched closely as the NCP leader has never been known to make acerbic comments, even when most of the NCP leadership including her own father Sharad Pawar slammed the then Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan, Sule did not make any personal remarks on Chavan.Political circles are abuzz as to what has provoked Sule to attack Fadnavis in such a manner in the last few months.
