Supreme Court refuses to entertain PIL against Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde
The SC refused to entertain a PIL by Ex Home Secy R K Singh that Home Min Sushilkumar Shinde had interfered in the inquiry into the IPL betting scam.

A bench headed by Chief Justice P Sathasivam asked the petitioner to file the complaint before an appropriate authority.
"If you have material, then you file the complaint before appropriate forum," the bench said.
The PIL filed by an advocate sought CBI probe into the issue arising out of Singh's interview to media. The petition sought action against both Singh and Shinde who were made parties in the case.
The petition said the allegation levelled by Singh against Shinde is a matter of "serious concern" which call for immediate and urgent intervention of the court.
In his interview to TV channels, Singh, who joined BJP two months back, claimed that Delhi Police was stopped by Shinde from questioning a Mumbai-based businessman, who is said to have "some kind of links" with Dawood Ibrahim, in connection with the betting in IPL cricket tournament.
