Sunday ET: Sachin Tendulkar may not attend Congress rally
MUMBAI: The Congress party wants cricketing icon Sachin Tendulkar to campaign for the party in Madhya Pradesh.

However, NCP chief and Mumbai Cricket Association ( MCA) president Sharad Pawar said Tendulkar may not be "willing to take part in any political activity".

The MCA is busy organising Tendulkar's last test match at Wankhede stadium in Mumbai in the second week of November.

Interestingly, the MP unit of Congress has announced that Tendulkar will campaign in the state ahead of the assembly polls next month.
