JAIPUR: Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot today said the state government will examine suggestions given by industry and trade stakeholders with regard to the state budget 2013-14.

He said the government has taken many decisions on the basis of the important suggestions put forward by the industry and trade people while preparing the budget of the state.

Addressing a meeting of the state level tax advisory committee, Gehlot said the government convened meetings of the Committee before the budget so as to ensure that the traders and industrialists do not face problems and various procedures be simplified.

He said the state has taken important decisions to simplify procedures by promoting use of IT.

In the meeting attended by Industry Minister Rajendra Pareek, Deputy Chairman of the State Planning Board V S Vyas and representatives from trade and industry gave different suggestions with regard to budgetary provisions.
