Sudip Bandopadhyay's total assets worth Rs 1.18 cr

KOLKATA: Sitting Trinamool Congress MP Sudip Bandopadhyay, who is contesting from the Kolkata (N) seat has declared his total assets worth Rs 1.18 crore.

His movable assets, which include cash, bank deposits, postal savings and LIC totalled Rs 93.62 lakh, while his immovable assets were valued at Rs 24.85 lakh, according to the affidavit filed by him before the CEO office here.

As per the affidavit, Bandopadhyay owns two cars, Maruti SX-4 and a Toyota Fortuner SUV and has a liability of Rs 2.5 lakh in form of bank loans.

The TMC MP's spouse declared her total assets at Rs 1.02 crore, both movable and immovable.

She owns a Maruti 800 car valued at Rs 80,000, as per the affidavit.
