Subramanian Swamy asks India to stop "tilting" towards Sheikh Hasina government
NEW DELHI: Deploring attacks on Hindus and temples in Bangladesh, senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy accused Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's government of being either "helpless" or "complicit" and asked the NDA government to "revaluate" its policy towards Dhaka.

The last few years have seen "increasing radicalization and jehadi sentiments in Bangladesh leading to" killing of Hindus, "dishonouring" of Hindu women and demolition of Hindu temples," he said.

Swamy said the recent beheading of a Hindu priest in Bangladesh was "shocking" and alleged "it is quite clear that Prime Minister of Sheikh Hasina is either helpless or complicit at this anti-Hindu phobia" in that country.
