Stop being part of 'useless' Maharashtra government: Congress asks Uddhav Thackeray
In UP, there is Yogi sarkar (government), but here (in Maharashtra) there is a nirupayogi (useless) sarkar, Uddhav had said while addressing a gathering.

"We agree with Uddhav Thackeray's observation. If the state government is useless, withdraw support and show your worthiness," Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) spokesman Sachin Sawant said.
"Uddhav should not be a part of the useless government," he said.
The Congress leader alleged that the allies of the BJP government in the state, like Shiv Sena were turning against its policies.
"They are publicly critical and taking to the streets, like Lok Sabha member Raju Shetti and Minister of State for Agriculture Sadabhau Khot leading a farmers' protest in Kolhapur to demand good market price for agriculture produce. This has never happened in the state," Sawant said.
He alleged that the BJP government has lost its credibility and people don't feel the government is theirs.
Taking a dig at ally BJP, Thackeray had yesterday said that its party leaders should work over strengthening the nation rather than the BJP alone and urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to "tear Pakistan into pieces."
"The BJP should concentrate on strengthening the country and the state rather than only strengthening the party. We are ready for mid term polls. In UP, there is Yogi sarkar (government), but here (in Maharashtra) there is a nirupayogi (useless) sarkar," Uddhav had said while addressing a gathering of party workers here last evening.
